Simple Taskboard uses a small number of cookies that are needed for it to work. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Cookies we use
- Sign-in cookies (wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*): keep you signed in to your board. Needed for the service.
- wordpress_test_cookie: checks your browser accepts cookies when you sign in.
- Security check (Cloudflare Turnstile, if shown): protects the sign-up and log-in forms from bots.
Your browser also stores a few settings locally (for example which menu sections you’ve opened). These never leave your device.
Our cookie banner (CookieYes) stores your choice in a cookieyes-consent cookie for 12 months so it doesn’t ask you again. You can change your choice any time using the cookie button at the bottom of the page.
The chat assistant keeps your conversation in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab. It isn’t a cookie and isn’t used for tracking.
If we add analytics in future, we’ll ask for your consent first and update this page.
